Patrick de Caters
Founder and Research and Operations Manager
Patrick is a civil construction engineer.
After a long career in the construction sector (design office, site management and general management), he is interested in climate change and its effects on our lives. He is therefore putting himself at the service of the transition, by developing renewable energy projects.
It was by becoming an ambassador for Al Gore that Patrick appropriated the concrete skills to become a player in the transition.
Renovating and upgrading the real estate assets is a real challenge, to which Patrick devotes all his enthusiasm.
Laurent Warlop
Founder and Business and Research Manager
Laurent is an electro-mechanic civil engineer and has a master’s degree in environmental management.
Passionate about architecture and having expertise in bioclimatics, he has created several constructions over the last 20 years, all of which are still today among those with the most reduced carbon footprint. He is always on the lookout for new techniques in building physics in order to be able to propose the best solutions.
Laurent is an approved EPB advisor for the Brussels-Capital Region
